Full Journal pdf1995-03-15 House Journal Page 0747 HB 86 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 86 "An Act relating to municipal property taxes." with the: Journal Page CRA RPT CS(CRA) 4DP 2NR 192 ZERO FISCAL NOTE (DCRA) 192 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 86(CRA) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1995-03-15 House Journal Page 0748 HB 86 A Title Amendment was offered by Representative Hanley: Page 1, line 1: Delete "property taxes" Insert "flat taxes on personal property and permitting municipalities to classify and exempt or partially exempt some or all types of personal property from ad valorem taxes" Representative Hanley moved and asked unanimous consent that the title amendment be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title appears below: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 86(CRA)(title am) "An Act relating to municipal flat taxes on personal property and permitting municipalities to classify and exempt or partially exempt some or all types of personal property from ad valorem taxes." Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 86(CRA)(title am) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 86(CRA)(title am) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 86(CRA)(title am) pass the House?"
